373: i feel weird

bah, i am having a little bit of an internal freakout.

Does that ever happen to you?

I'm getting a bit nervous about doing a demo at Quilt Market.

On a STAGE.

With a MICROPHONE.

(i hope i don't pee on the floor)

And, i don't know... just an attack of self-doubt, I guess.

Tummy ache.

In a fit of frustration, I ate about a dozen cookies and then took a nap.

Now I'm watching Jane Eyre.

These are some little painted doodles I did about 6 weeks ago.

Been watching a bunch of movies... well, BBC series, that is. Most or all with either Toby Stephens (Rochester, nomnom) or Matthew MacFadyen (adorable times a million):

Little Dorritt:

This one is super sweet. Great story and costumes. Matthew MacFadyen is dreamy in it.

.....................................................................................

The Way We Live Now:

Good story, but David Suchet's character is so one-note. But I really like Matthew MacFadyen as a cad! And yes, on the cover- that's Moaning Myrtle from Harry Potter!

.....................................................................................

Cambridge Spies:

Very gripping true story and superb acting!

.....................................................................................

Almost Strangers

Matthew AND Toby!

.....................................................................................

Sharpe's Challenge

Very violent, but worth it to see Toby Stephens play such a delicious baddie!

And Sean Bean isn't hard on the eyes, either.

I know. I've become kind of boy-crazy lately. You should hear me and Beth when we get together! We are like a pair fourteen year olds! I didn't get to have much fun when I was really fourteen--- but this time around I am having a blast!

Ok, who is going to Quilt Market? I am looking forward to hanging with my peeps!

xo,
